Local Follow-Up Activity – "My Health Map and Goals" Workshop
Date: 14 July 2025
Location: Zbor Hub, Iași, Romania
Participants: 15 young people aged 15–20
As part of the PEHELI 4ALL follow-up phase, our organisation organised a local activity aimed at sharing the experience and knowledge gained during the Youth Exchange in Cyprus with peers from the local community.
The session began with a presentation of the Youth Exchange's objectives, activities, and key learning points, focusing on the themes of healthy lifestyle, peacebuilding, and personal development. Photos, short videos, and personal stories from the mobility were used to create an engaging and relatable atmosphere for the audience.
In the second part, participants took part in the "My Health Map and Goals" workshop – a simplified adaptation of the Wheel of Life method. Using this visual tool, the youths were invited to identify and draw their personal interests, priorities, and current focus areas in life. The activity encouraged self-reflection on daily habits, balance between different life areas, and the setting of small, achievable goals for healthier living.
The workshop lasted approximately one hour and concluded with an open discussion where participants shared their reflections and exchanged tips for improving well-being in their daily routines. This activity successfully contributed to raising awareness about the importance of balanced lifestyle choices and inspired participants to take proactive steps towards personal health and fulfilment.
Evaluation Paragraphs from Romanian Participants
Pădure Delia: It was a beautiful experience, full of learning, creativity, and meaningful connections with amazing people.
Leșe Cosmina: The Peace and Healthy Lifestyle for All Erasmus+ in Cyprus was such a great experience. I learned so much in this Erasmus, and the activities were all in theme, making the whole project feel connected and meaningful. One of my favourite activities was hiking to Cape Aspro, where the amazing views made the heat totally worth it. Everything was so well organized, and I met great people along the way. I'm leaving with amazing memories, new friendships, and a lot of inspiration.
Astanei Cătălina: I had the privilege of accompanying Larisa, young student with visual impairment during her Erasmus experience in Cyprus. As her permanent support, I witnessed first-hand how the Erasmus programme can open doors to independence, cultural immersion, and personal growth. Together, we navigated, discovering, learning and engaging in all the project activities —while making sure accessibility and inclusion were always prioritized. This journey was not only eye-opening for her, but also deeply enriching for me; I gained a profound understanding of the challenges and joys of supporting someone with different abilities in a vibrant international environment. The experience strengthened my empathy, adaptability, and conviction in the importance of inclusive opportunities for all young people.
Dîșcă Ionela-Larisa: Cyprus will always hold a special place in my heart — a land of simple beauty, yet rich in breathtaking landscapes and warm, welcoming people. From the very first days, I felt embraced by kindness, generosity, and loyalty. The activities were truly inspiring, giving me that unique Cypriot vibe — full of energy, life, and a deep connection with nature. Walking through Limassol and enjoying peaceful moments by the Mediterranean Sea filled me with positive energy, boosted my passion for travel, and ignited my curiosity to explore even more of the world. At first, I felt uncertain and nervous about adapting to a new country, but thanks to the guidance of psychologist Mrs. Cătălina Astanei — my true Sensei — I gained the confidence to make my own decisions and embrace independence abroad.
Greek traditions, from delicious cuisine to captivating dances and beautiful traditional attire, left me in awe. This experience has not only opened my mind but also strengthened my courage to step out of my comfort zone and communicate more confidently in English.
Dutcovici Andrei:This project was my first Erasmus+ project, and I hope from the bottom of my heart it won't be the last. Being the youngest member out of all did not affect my experience at all; in fact, it might have improved my time there. I learned a lot of things, such as working in pairs, communication, nutrition, tips and tricks we can use to improve our lives, and many more. I personally enjoyed all the activities that we did along the project, from exploring and doing tasks in Pissouri to drawing on pebbles at the beach. With no doubt it's the best experience of my life, and the people there only made it better.
Roșu Elena:This Erasmus+ project was truly a meaningful experience for me. I have learned plenty not only about the subject of the project but also about myself and the people around me. This is truly an experience I'll never be able to forget, and I'm really glad that I could be part of it. Thank you for everything!! 🩷

Ionela Beldean: The project provide me the change to develop my leadership skills and coordinating teams, working with youths and collaborating at an international level. Was 1st time for me when I was in the position of leader in a international context and helped me a lot.
Eddy Hilitanu: I managed to make stronger bonds with the youths from our community and to improve our relationship with the youth workers. Also the project helped me in the international concept; by leading international team in hikes or activities helped me to improve my YW skills
